  • Igor’s team is great. Fast and great quality for my three baths’ renovations. They provided me professional opinions on design and implementation. What impressed me is their responsiveness and responsibility: they are willing to fix tough issues unrelated to their job but surrounding. After all the jobs were done, they took care of everything and even asked a cleaning company to clean everything for me—really a surprise they didn’t mention beforehand. They also promised to fix any issue while I use later, and check in occasionally. Overall, a quite pleasant experience, highly recommended.

  • A1 Maintenance is one of the best finds I've experienced in dealing with contractors. The quality of the work was what you would expect in dealing with genuine professionals. The project was unusual but A1 was able to accommodate my vision. In addition, they demonstrated skills in working on a wide variety of projects from excavation to medicine cabinet installation. Work started on time, in the time frame we needed, beginning and ending work at the agreed upon time. As work was completed, cleanup was also completed. There were some things I hadn't thought of that actually need to or should have been addressed, which A1 pointed out to me, that proved to be very helpful. Projects were priced reasonably, especially considering other quotes I had received. I will use A1 again if/when I have more work they can take care of.

  • I hired A1 for a bathroom remodel. They were extremely professional and communicated through the whole process. They made suggestions and helped us decide exactly what styles we wanted. The job was completed timely and came out fantastic. We love our new bathroom and would certainly use A1 again.

  • I had my roof done, along with window replacement and my fireplace chimney taken down. Overall the job was carried out in a professional manner and done according to standards. The work crew showed up on time, worked together as a team especially with the roof. They tore down the old roof, replaced damage wood and installed the new shingles in 1 day. The crew did an excellent job cleaning up after each project was complete. Although some of the crew members did not speak much English, there was at least one person there who did. In addition, the person in charge, 'Ygor' was great and easy to talk with. He made sure any concerns I had was addressed. I would highly recommend the company for those job projects.
